My kennel door finally stays shut during car rides thanks to this long latch. It clicked right into the existing holes with no drilling, and the plastic feels sturdier than the piece that snapped off.

After the original latch on my kennel snapped, this replacement went on in about two minutes with just a screwdriver. The length is right for the door so it actually catches and holds instead of popping loose when my dog leans on it. Solid little part and way cheaper than buying a whole new crate.

Was worried I'd have to toss the whole carrier when the latch tab finally cracked, but this replacement fit perfectly and clicked in like the original. The plastic feels just as thick as what came on it years ago. Glad I can keep using the kennel instead of buying a new one.
