The plunger cap fit my 3-gallon Aspen Pet waterer perfectly and stopped the annoying leak immediately. Installed in under a minute—no tools needed.
After two years the original cap on my 3-gallon gravity waterer finally cracked, and this one screwed right on with no leaks. It's a simple plunger cap but the seal is tight and the water flows normally again. Glad I checked the size first, since it only fits the large models.
My cat kept pawing at the waterer until the lid finally gave out, so this replacement was a relief. It screws on snug and actually fits the 2.5-gallon size, though you should double-check your jug before ordering. Water's been flowing fine for two weeks now.
